Winter Fun!

When we left Illinois in early January, we had yet to see any snow fall.  Well, that's definitely not been the case here in Calgary!  The kids are loving all the snow, and thank goodness it's not been too bitterly cold so we can enjoy it!

Ugh...we keep finding these blue moving tags on everything - inside and outside the house!  Make it stop!

Pretty much, once we moved to Calgary, Nathalie refused to take her regular nap in her bed any longer.  Ugh for Mama.  But, some days, all this outdoor winter fun makes for one tired little lady.  Yes, she's even still in her coat, but I did get her boots, hat, and gloves off.

Besides enjoying the snow, Nathalie has found some new ways to enjoy the basement.  Climbing up the ledge, and then sliding down.  What a silly (and brave) monkey!

While Ben is at school, Nathalie and I play babies, read books, and paint!

While the weather has been generally nice, there have been some bitter cold days.  (I think the worst was negative 7 degrees F.)  What to do, what to do?  Dress up fun...oh my!

Princess Cinderella...spreading joy and glitter sparkles wherever she goes.  She will make some man very happy someday...a girl who likes to dress up AND play cars...she's a real catch!
